We took a tour of ye olde ranch where we learned about ranch life in the desert. PS the tour was given by Ranger JOSHUA
We also visited a fake Western town used as a movie set back in the day. Lucy was arrested for cuteness and then busted out of jail and ran/walked slowly with help outta there!
Hiking photos: everyone took turns carrying The Chicken on their back and she fell asleep every time...
The beautiful cholla cactus garden, the downside being that if you touch one the ENTIRE section of the plant DETACHES and ITS NEEDLES GO INTO YOUR SKIN.
Two common sights in our backyard:
1) Chicken napping in the hammock
2) Uncle Chris sipping a beer in the hottub
Lastly, our lovely house..

really, it's more bathtub than hot tub but it was glorious nonetheless.
and it was basically the only time you were awake.
